*To TOP UP, you will need an email address and password of the Asobimo account linked to the app. Please register your ID on the title screen of each game before proceeding.

*To update the app with your purchased items, reload the game after completing the purchase. If the items still do not appear after switching screens, please restart the game.

*Purchased items from TOP UP are added to the platform (Android/iOS/Steam) and character chosen during purchase. Changing the platform or character will prevent the items from being reflected.

How to TOP UP

①Access TOP UP (https://www.charge.asobimo.com/auth/) from your PC or smartphone

②Select the game for which you want to make a purchase.

③Enter the email address and password of your Asobimo account registered for each title. On the next screen, the character name associated with your Asobimo account will be displayed, so please confirm that the character name is correct.

④Select the platform you want to use to purchase the item. The purchased item will be added to the selected platform. If it’s not the correct character, please log in again with the correct character.

⑤To make a purchase, you will need to enter your credit card information. After pressing the “TOP UP” button for your selected price range, you will be redirected to the credit card input screen (on an external site). Once you enter your credit card details, the item purchase process will be completed.

⑥Once the item purchase process is completed, the item will be automatically added to the selected account. Please confirm in the game if the item has been correctly added. If you are already logged in, reload the screen or restart the game to reflect the changes.
